Akiko's Pottery

from $30.00

Akiko Graham is from Hokkaido, Japan, and has been a potter in Seattle since 1991. All of her pottery is all handmade -- wheel thrown or slab built -- of stoneware clay. It is fired in electric kilns at about 2110°F.

Although all pottery is breakable, Akiko's pottery dishes are safe for food, dishwashers, and ovens.

"Most of my pottery is tableware for traditional and new menus, and for international food--because I like to cook and eat as much as to make pottery." -Akiko Graham

Akiko's pottery pieces are made to order, and order fulfillment runs approximately four months. Therefore, inventory and availability of color and size will fluctuate. Please contact us with specific questions or needs and we'll be happy to help.

All of the pieces stocked at Aggregate Supply are produced in Akiko's signature black premium clay. Glaze options are Black (with subtle rich green/blue tones), or White (allowing the black clay color to come through).
