Pendleton Journey West Wool Blanket

This intricate design celebrates the pioneering spirit of our founder, weaver Thomas L. Kay, who journeyed from England to America and arrived in Oregon in 1863. It is a tribute to the generations of weavers that have continued his legacy of quality and excellence. The original blanket was discovered recently in a 19th-century European mill and included the designer's notes and calculations, handwritten neatly along the sides. The hooked images seen inside the large diamonds are common symbols of luck and prosperity.
Dimensions: 64" x 80"
Unnapped, felt bound. 82% pure virgin wool/18% cotton. Dry clean.
Made in USA.
